The academy focuses on developing ethical, productive mindsets and core employability skills, including English language and digital literacy, along with providing career guidance and mentorship. A study by Stanford University found that students completing the FEA urban course can earn an additional Rs. 5.3 million over their careers. FEA offers a one-year duration course with over 500 hours of in-classroom training.
