What guests say
“Visitors have praised the venue for being clean and suitable for young children, with some staff described as polite and supportive. However, multiple reviewers reported rude and unhelpful staff behavior, including care takers. Pricing has been criticized as high, especially for very young children, with one recent reviewer specifically mentioning an entry charge for a 1-year-old. These mixed experiences suggest variability in service quality and value perception.”
